Yes, our site is 100% secure. We use 256-bit SSL, the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.
Most of our products are produced on demand so it depends. Maybe in a few days, maybe not for a few weeks. All items usually get printed and shipped in 3-7 business days after you order. Once we ship your order, it should get to you within 1-2 weeks (United States) or 2-6 weeks (everywhere else). We’ll send you an email when it ships. If you're still not sure, just check the Order Lookup page or Contact Us. We're happy to clear things up.
We offer affordable shipping starting at just $4.95. We offer awesome discounts on shipping when you order more than one item!
If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder. If you did not receive it, please feel free to contact us if necessary.

We have a 30 day return policy. If you have purchased in the last 30 days you can request a return.

We only accept returns for the following reasons:
     1) Low quality print work or damaged upon delivery.
     2) The product is different from what was ordered.

Proof of purchase must be provided.  Please provide a clear photo of the problem area for a quick resolution if applicable.

Refunds

After your return is inspected and approved, we will provide a full refund. The refund will be processed and applied to the method of payment used to make the original order. 

Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.

Slippers, Socks & Other Footwear
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these items unless they have not been taken out of the package.

Filing a Claim
To file a claim, please Contact Us and include your order number.

If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error and return the affected garments to us. In addition, if the error involves a print size or placement issue, include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.

Upon verification, we will provide credits equal to amount paid for the portion of the order that was incorrectly printed.

Yes, we ship worldwide!
We do accept returns and exchanges if they meet our criteria. Please see our Refund Policy.
If you decide you want to cancel an order, Contact Us with the order number. If we've already sent your order to the printer then we will be unable to cancel as it will already be in the process of printing or shipping.
You should receive an email with your order number after you place your order. If you did not receive this email, please check junk or spam folders. If you still cannot locate it, feel free to contact us and provide your name and what you ordered.

Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your products are flawed in any way, we'll refund you.
We use DTG printing for most on demand shirt designs and sublimation for all-over-print designs. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.
Since we are not like any of the other companies around, when you order multiple items at a time they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
We have received your order and are printing/ quality checking and are preparing your order for shipment.If your order has been processing for more than two days then the time is out of stock and we are awaiting the arrival of more.
If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our shirts are printed on demand so we usually start immediately after you order and it ships out the same day. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
